How do Coffee Scrubs Improve skin Texture?

Your skin type is effected and affected by so much that often its impossible to pinpoint why your skin is sometimes stressed out, bumpy or breaking out.

Our skin can be the first place to show up issues as its the largest organ in the body and acts as a waste disposal system (amongst other important organs) helping to shift toxins through perspiration so its no wonder why it can become rough, itchy congested, bumpy and as a result more prone to scarring. 



Bumpy Skin can also be caused by a condition called Keratosis Pilaris - This skin condition is often referred to as “chicken skin” or “strawberry skin” due to its  bumpy appearance. Keratosis pilaris is most commonly found on legs, backs of arms, thighs, cheeks, and buttocks. KP or ''Strawberry legs'' occur when enlarged pores or hair follicles trap dead skin, oil, and bacteria and happens commonly after shaving or waxing.

So go slow in circular motions and dont press too hard.

Gently massage the paste onto damp skin, using circular motions, and then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Be sure to moisturize your skin afterward to help prevent dryness and irritation.

Coffee grounds also contain antioxidants, which can help to protect the skin from free radical damage and promote a healthy, youthful glow. Additionally, using a coffee scrub too frequently can lead to over-exfoliation, which can damage the skin and result in redness, dryness, or peeling so using it once or twice is week is perfect :)

The Vitamin E in the scrubs is a powerful antioxidant that can help to nourish and protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals, which can contribute to roughness, dryness, and other signs of aging.     2. Use products with retinoids if your skin allows: Retinoids, a form of vitamin A, can help to improve skin texture by increasing cell turnover and promoting collagen production. They are also effective at reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
