Five small rituals for the new-mum season: a body scrub, a rosemary hair oil, a face oil, iron and magnesium, in one kit. Made for the days when you get ten minutes to yourself.
Becoming a mum is the best thing you'll ever do, and it can leave very little time for you. The Grounded Mama Kit puts five things you can actually use, in the time you actually have, into one box.
Restore. Iron and magnesium tablets for the days that run on very little sleep. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and so does magnesium. Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function.
Nourish. Our Get to the Root hair oil blends rosemary, pumpkin seed oil and black castor oil to condition and nourish dry, tired-looking hair. Our Blue Moon facial oil, with blueberry and blue tansy, gives your face a few minutes of care at the end of the day.
Glow. The Dry Skin Buster Coconut Body Scrub buffs away dry, flaky skin and leaves it feeling soft and smooth, with coconut oil, sweet almond oil and vitamin E.
A lovely gift for a new mum, or a nice treat for yourself.

Warnings and cautions
-
For the whole kit: Patch test the scrub and both oils at least 24 hours before first use. They’re for external use only, so avoid your eyes and stop using one if it irritates. Keep everything out of reach of children.
-
Allergens: The scrub contains almond and coconut, and the face oil contains sweet almond and apricot kernel.
-
Scrub: Don’t use it on c-section scars, stitches or broken skin. Rinse the shower floor afterwards, as it can be slippery.
-
Hair oil: It contains rosemary, so if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your midwife or GP first. It can also stain fabric.
-
Supplements: Don’t exceed the stated dose, and don’t use them in place of a varied diet. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, anaemic or on medication, check with your GP or midwife first.
-
Iron: An overdose is dangerous for children, so seek medical advice immediately if one is taken. Iron can cause constipation and dark stools.
-
Magnesium: The NHS says 400mg or less a day of supplemental magnesium is unlikely to cause harm, so check your daily serving against that. It can cause loose stools, and anyone with kidney problems should check with their GP.
