Cell u later! How to get rid of cellulite in 5 steps

So, If you’re reading this you’ve got a bit of cellulite?

Well heres a fact:

Most of us do. No biggie

Up to 84% of women have cellulite to some degree and that figure is much lower for men, they got lucky with their genes because their fat is stored deeper into the body.

But there is a reason we get it and its all to do with where we are genetically programmed to store fat. The female body once its in possession of this fat will try it’s hardest to keep it there; Just in case we need to provide nourishment for future babies plus it would also keep them nice and cosy.

But if Childbearing isn’t a part of your plans at the moment and Cellulite busting is then we have put together a guide of dreams for you. Heres our seriously good plan to get you some sexy, toned pins.

Required: You (of course), Me, A new shopping list (Out with the old…), Some gym clothes, A camera (to snap your progress) and a good vision of what you’re hoping to achieve.

Number one:
Eat This: Broccoli, Cayenne Pepper, Asparagus, Oranges, Berries, Garlic, Watermelon, Tomatoes, Apricots, Spinach, Apples, Cucumber, Bananas & Celery.

Tip – not all at once as that may taste a bit bleugh – or would it?

We won’t get into all the fancy technical detail here but by adding these (..or more of these) to your diet will see a noticeable difference to the size of those fat pockets we like to call cellulite. These foods contain chemicals and enzymes to break down fat particles, help eliminate toxins and give you more energy to exercise.

Number two:
Drink This: Water, Green Tea, Cider Vinegar, Cranberry Juice, Nettle Tea and Dandelion Tea.

Tip: If you’re really dedicated; donate all your other drinks to a friend and stock up on all these detoxing delights. Keep some tea bags in your bag too; these will come in handy.

Number three:
Delete this: Fast Food (cry), Cigarettes, Alcohol, Too Many Carbs, Processed and sugary foods.
(Remember this is a temporary plan until your content and confident with how you look)

Number four:
Do this: Exercise which focuses on cardio and on strength training for the lower body.

Tips for Cardio – Do interval sprinting, Do raised squat jumps, Do Spin Classes, Do regular Jogging & Do the Heisman.

Tips for Lower Body Strength training – Do step ups on a bench or step, Do lunges and Do Squats with your back straight and your arms high.

Number Five:
Scrub with this: The Grounded Coffee Scrub Range.
Coconut, Peppermint, Grapefruit or Chocolate Orange

Tip: Massage into your problem areas 3-4 times per week to stimulation blood circulation, to help eliminate toxins and waste, to break down the fibres which hold the fat to the skin and to shrink and constrict blood vessels in which your cellulite surrounds itself. To kill two birds with one stone, turn the shower from hot to cold to boost blood circulation whilst your washing your scrub off.

Theres a reason coffee scrubs are favoured by celebrities such as Cindy Crawford, Halle Berry and Jessica Alba. These Glow Boosting Cellulite busting Coffee scrubs are considered the holy grail when it comes to fighting cellulite because not only are they effective but you’ll notice the difference immediately.

How will you feel after all this?

Confident, relaxed, healthy, glowing, smiley and positive.

Note: This is a plan for all of those who want to improve the firmness of the lower body and to reduce the appearance of cellulite. But if you’re all for embracing it al la Lena Dunham on the cover of Glamour (we salute you) then that’s fine too. We love all of your beautiful bodies.
